Foundation of the American Society of Retina Specialists Donors

The generous support of our donors is one of the most critical factors to the Foundation of the American Society of Retina Specialists' success. The Foundation gratefully acknowledges the donors whose contributions enable us to continue our mission of education, awareness, and research in retina diseases.

Founding Donors

A Founding Donor is an ASRS member who contributes $2,000 or more to the Foundation of the American Society of Retina Specialists Foundation. This can be paid out in equal portions over five years, and all ASRS members are eligible to become a Founding Donor.

 

Recognition

Genentech

The Foundation of the American Society of Retina Specialists received an independent medical educational grant from Genentech in the amount of $250,000 to fund a series of small grants related to AMD and other neovascular diseases. Through this grant Genentech has enabled the Foundation to support many worthy continuing medical education and community activities that may often go unfunded. The Foundation thanks Genentech for their support of this important resource.

Alcon Laboratories

The Foundation of the American Society of Retina Specialists extends its thanks to Alcon Laboratories, whose support enabled the development and distribution of the AMD Awareness Campaign and the AMD Patient Education Kits.
