5k Run for the Retina

We began hosting a 5K "Run for the Retina" event to raise funds for the ARF three years ago and had no idea how popular this event would become. Last year's race was held on October 2, 2009 in New York City during the ASRS Annual Meeting. The race went through Central Park and ended at Tavern on the Green. Over 75 participants of all ages, men and women, joined the run and everyone received a commemorative T-shirt.
